Applying as a Contractor

Applying as an Owner/General Public

Contractors will not be able to apply, pay fees, or access permit information without an active account registered with the Village of Pinecrest.

In order to register, contractors have to complete the Contractor Registration Form and submit the required documents listed on the form.  Please email all your documents at renewals@pinecrest-fl.gov.
(only pdf format will be accepted)  

Once the information has been verified, the Contractor will be registered and will have access to the portal with the selected pin/password chosen during registration.

To remain active in the system, your licenses and insurances must be up-to-date. If you need to renew your documents, please email them at renewals@pinecrest-fl.gov.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PAY ONLINE AS CONTRACTOR

State law (Section 489.103, F.S.) outlines the rules that allow some property owners to act as their own contractor. If you plan to apply for building permits using the owner/builder exemption, make sure you are familiar with and follow the law.

Applicants who are submitting as Owner/Builder are required to submit the Owner/Builder Requirement Form with their building permit application.
